2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are exempt from being returned, including:
- Personalized or custom items.
- Gift cards or digital products.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged).

3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

- Ship the item back to us using the provided return label or another method, ensuring that you keep the tracking information.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund Timeframe: Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. However, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@breiedunie.com. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no cost to you. We may ask you to provide photos of the damaged item to facilitate the process.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
8. Partial Refunds

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
